These
images are the results of an assignment to photograph wildlife on China's
Tibetan Plateau in the fall of 2002. The landscapes represent views of
this remote valley in western Qinghai Province, on the northeastern corner
of the Tibetan Plateau, with elevations ranging from 14,000 to over 18,000
feet
